Device type and operating system (iOS, Android, visionOS)

Photos and Camera Access

Workfolio requires camera and photo library access for:

Receipt scanning with OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
Taking photos of expenses
Uploading company logos for invoices

We only access photos you explicitly select. Photos are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal cloud storage if you enable that feature.
